To access the online shopping list, you must have Adobe Reader installed.
Click here to download the free Adobe Reader.
To submit order online:
(for Microsoft Outlook users)

Click here to open the shopping list
- Fill in the requested agency information
- Fill in the quantity of each item you'd like to order
- Click the Submit Form Via Email button
- An email window should open and, from there, you can submit the email.
NOTE: If your email will not allow this action or attaches the PDF file as a different file format (such as .dat), use the following method.
To send completed shopping list as an email attachment:
(for Microsoft Outlook Express users and users of Internet email, such as Yahoo or Hotmail)
- Click here to open the shopping list
- Fill in the requested agency information
- Fill in the quantity of each item you'd like to order
- Select File > Save As... to save completed form to your computer.
Use your agency's name in the name of the file, such as SDFoodBanks.pdf
- Send an email to order@sdfoodbanks.org with the PDF file you saved as an attachment.
NOTE: If you have trouble viewing or filling out the pdf form, use the following method.
To print the shopping list:

- Print the shopping list.
- Fill in the requested agency information.
- Fill in the quantity of each item you'd like to order.
- Orders may be faxed to 605-335-6617 or phoned in to 605-335-0364 or toll free at 1-877-366-3265.
